Lamp love

Thanks to Liisa from the lovely blog Charming Quark, I've found my favourite lamp for my newly painted desk. It's so pretty that I've absolutely fallen in love with it and it's only $900 roughly... who doesn't have that kind of spare money for a little lamp ;-).

P.S. Welcome to my new followers. Please don't forget to scroll down and check out my first giveaway!

  3. Oh well, why not if it is only $900.... But it is very pretty indeed.
Im sure you can have it cheaper made yourself, its just bits of metal joined together when you look at it.

  4. Nice lamp! It will certainly look great on your new desk.

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. That’s always a nice surprise! Apparently I’m not the only one who takes pictures of the facades. I would love to see the pictures you took from facades and windows(on your blog?).

Something else… I’ve checked your profile and read that one of your favorite movies is Dirty Dancing. I have a confession to make; it’s also one of my favorites. Sssst, don’t tell it anyone… ;) So don’t be embarrassed, it’s just a classic!

  5. Hi everyone,
I will keep my eyes open for a cheaper version of this beauty!

    Marie-Anne,
Good idea about the posts on facades. I'll put something together soon.

BTW I have seen Dirty Dancing at least a million times ;.)

  6. Hi Nadine!

What a nice surprise, to find my little blog mentioned at your blog - and even in a positive way! :) thanks a lot for the kind words.

Sadly beautiful lamps are often very expensive but of course if you have some skills or if you know someone who is good in such, you can easily build up such kind of lamp by yourself and the material itself shouldn't be that expensive plus you could even tell everyone that you build the lamp by yourself. :))
